Hoyck Management Consultants is strengthening itself with Ralf Schmidt-Stoll
The Executive Compensation Expert will expand the Hoyck Management Consultants team as a Senior Manager.
Frankfurt, June 6, 2017. In the second half of the year, Hoyck Management Consultants is strengthening itself with another experienced practitioner. Ralf Schmidt-Stoll will enter into the on HR topics specialized Consulting firm as a Senior Manager.
After a more than 22-year career at Deutsche Bank, Schmidt-Stoll as Head of Employee Share Plans & Partnership Banking is currently responsible for the management of Executive Incentive Plans as well as employee share plans.

Ralf Schmidt-Stoll (born 69) started his career at Deutsche Bank after completing his banking apprenticeship and studying law. After different positions within the Private and Business Customer field, he moved to the Employee Share Plans & Partnership Banking department, where he worked as a relationship manager and took over the responsible management of companies in all aspects of participation plans for managers and employees. Since 2013, he has been responsible for the planning, implementation and administration of Supervisory Board, Executive Board and Management Incentive Plans and employee participation programs for numerous well-known companies, in particular from the various DAX segments, in his function as Head of Employee Share Plans & Partnership Banking.
